1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Safely, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use of the service

You may use Safely to buy and sell lawful goods and services. You may not use it for any transaction that is illegal where either party is located.

3. Escrow services

Safely provides escrow services for transactions between its users. All transactions are subject to our verification and security protocols. Funds are held until the conditions agreed in the deal are met, the inspection period ends without a dispute, or a mediator decides how they should be distributed.

4. Fees

Fees are shown before a deal is funded and are charged only when a deal completes, as set out on the pricing page.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Report any suspicious activity immediately

6. Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute during a deal. Both sides agree to provide evidence when asked and to accept the outcome of Safely’s mediation for the funds held in escrow.

7. Limitation of liability

Safely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
